How can you balance your life?

All of these interests and priorities are fighting for your attention. As a result, your attention is constantly distracted. The schedule can take control of our lives, and we can let our priorities be determined by our schedule instead of taking control of our schedules and priorities. Exhaustion, frustration, and stress are the results. Make sure that you are aware of warning signs your life may have been put off-center, and then take action to make all those areas feel more balanced.

Don't forget this: there's more to life than just a daily grind.

Several indicators can cause an imbalance. A list as long as the Empire State Building would appear to be your “to do” list Despite being busy, you do not feel you are accomplishing anything. Burnout is when you’re tired all the time, have headaches, and other health-related symptoms of stress. Having lost your direction, you feel as if you're living someone else's schedule.

When you feel like there are no choices, no purpose, or no freedom, then you may believe you’re moving through life with no freedom, no freedom to pursue your values and priorities. Several of your areas of life may have been neglected. Instead of living your life fully, you have spent valuable time and attention elsewhere.
